Shipping

It takes approximately 8 weeks to build and ship your Furiosa.
We made shipping free for you.

Warranty

This is the part we don’t really want to think about frankly. We build your Furiosa with the best intentions at heart, with care and attention for quality of components, materials, finish and assembly. We want this bike to keep you going for a long time with no problems. However, should you encounter problems with any specific component or part of the bike, or bike as a whole, we’ve got you fully covered for the first two years after your purchase. However, for any assistance after this period we’re still here for you, with one thing in mind – to get you back on the bike and see you riding for many more years.

The 2 year warranty does not apply for/in case of:
– flat tires
– consumables
– inflicted damage outside initial delivery journey (when you buy the bike from us)
– second hand Furiosas
– wear and tear, incorrect assembly or maintenance after purchase
– alterations made to the bike after purchase

Please keep your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase when making claims under the warranty period.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 15 days.
The product isn’t used or damaged.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Furiosa.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged Furiosa, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.
